Ayurveda Massage

Ayurveda massage, known as Abhyanga, is a traditional Indian healing practice that has been used for over 5,000 years. This holistic therapy uses warm herbal oils chosen according to your dosha (body constitution) to nourish the body, calm the mind, and restore balance to your entire being.
The massage involves long, flowing strokes that follow the direction of the body's energy channels. Warm oil is continuously applied throughout the treatment, allowing the healing properties of the herbs to penetrate deeply into the tissues. The rhythmic movements help to release toxins, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.
Ayurveda massage is more than just a physical treatment – it's a complete wellness experience that addresses your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The warm oil and nurturing touch create a deeply grounding experience.

We use traditional Ayurvedic oils infused with herbs. The oil selection can be customized based on your dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) for optimal benefits.
It's best to let the oil absorb for at least 30 minutes after the massage. You can shower before the treatment but allow the oils to work after.
In Ayurveda, doshas are body constitutions (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Your dominant dosha determines which oils and techniques will best restore your balance.
