Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a therapeutic treatment specifically designed for the unique needs of pregnant women. Our specially trained therapists use techniques that are safe for both mother and baby, helping to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy.
During pregnancy, your body undergoes significant changes that can cause back pain, leg cramps, swelling, and general discomfort. Prenatal massage addresses these issues while providing a nurturing, relaxing experience. The massage is performed with you lying on your side with supportive pillows, ensuring comfort and safety.
Our therapists are trained to avoid certain pressure points and techniques that are contraindicated during pregnancy. We use gentle to medium pressure, focusing on areas that typically hold tension during pregnancy such as the lower back, hips, legs, and shoulders.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is generally safe after the first trimester (after 12 weeks). Always consult your doctor first, especially if you have a high-risk pregnancy.
You'll be positioned comfortably on your side with pillows supporting your belly, back, and between your knees. We never place pregnant clients face down.
Prenatal massage should be avoided if you have preeclampsia, high blood pressure, severe swelling, or are at risk of preterm labor. Always get clearance from your healthcare provider.
