3. Service Description

Happy-Day provides at-home hairstyling services, allowing users to book appointments with professional hairstylists for various services, including haircuts, color treatments, styling, and more. All services are subject to availability in your area.

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you may be required to create an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update your account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to: Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information. Disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the App. Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or integrity of Happy-Day or its service providers.

6. Payment and Fees

By booking a service through the App, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during the booking process. Payments are processed through the payment method provided in your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booked service in accordance with Happy-Day's cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

8. Service Availability

Happy-Day strives to provide the best possible experience; however, service availability may vary based on location, timing, and other factors. We do not guarantee the availability of hairstylists at all times.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Happy-Day or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the App without prior written permission from Happy-Day.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and all services are provided "as is" and "as available." Happy-Day makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the quality of the services provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy-Day is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy-Day, its affiliates, and its service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

Happy-Day reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm the integrity of the App or our services.
